Manager, Capabilities Management & Learning Ecosystem

Responsibilities:

  • Implement comprehensive capabilities management strategies, including competency frameworks, skill assessments, and development plans, to support talent development and organizational growth.
  • Design and implementation of a holistic learning ecosystem, leveraging a variety of learning modalities, technologies, and resources to support continuous learning and skill development across the organization.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities, aligning learning initiatives with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Design, development, and delivery of training programs and initiatives, ensuring they are engaging, relevant, and effective in addressing identified learning needs.
  • Evaluate, select, and integrate learning technologies and platforms to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning delivery, tracking, and reporting processes
  • Develop and implement knowledge management program, systems and processes to capture, share, and leverage organizational knowledge and expertise for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Support change management efforts related to capabilities management and learning ecosystem initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, management system regulations, and other relevant requirements governing learning and development activities, while implementing processes and procedures to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement in practices.
  • Support the establishment and management of Learning Academy to facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities for employees at all levels
  • Support a functional assessment centre to evaluate employee capabilities, design assessment exercises, simulations, and identify development needs to support talent management decisions and assess potential for success in diverse roles.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, managers, subject matter experts, and external partners, to gather input, align priorities, and ensure support for capabilities management and learning ecosystem initiatives.
  • Manage special projects or assignments / tasks assigned by the Group Chief Human Capital Officer (GCHCO) or Human Capital Development (HCD) / Organizational Capability Development (OCD) and/or Lead, Capability Management & Learning Ecosystem, utilizing project management methodologies to achieve objectives efficiently and effectively.

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Learning and Development, with demonstrated success in a senior L&D role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent consulting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in designing and managing comprehensive training programs.
  • Proficiency in LMS and knowledge of current L&D practices and technologies.
