Senior Manager or Manager, Employee Experience

Responsibilities

  • Create and sustain a positive, engaging, and enriching work environment that contributes to employee satisfaction, well-being, and productivity. 
  • Play a strategic role in enhancing the overall employee lifecycle and foster a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and integral to the success of the organization.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives Group-Wide
  • Drive the engagement initiatives as Group Human Capital support to the Group’s strategy.
  • Design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop a holistic approach towards engagement/communications initiatives according to environment, structure, processes, behavior and rituals.
  • Measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives through surveys and feedback mechanisms. Using the feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
  • Develop comprehensive HR Communications Plan for a range of projects, initiatives and campaigns and its implementation.
  • Lead and manage HR Branding/HR communications for GHC.
  • Foster a culture of recognition and reward.
  • Establish and manage employee recognition programs.
  • Ensure that recognition efforts align with organizational values and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication / Human Resources /Social Sciences / Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experiences preferably 5 years in large corporate organization.
  • Background in corporate communications and event management, multimedia is an added advantage.
  • Strong language and writing skills (English & BM), organizational skills, interpersonal skills, strong networking skills, able to conduct one-self with all levels, business acumen, event management and employee relations.
