Responsibilities
- Create and sustain a positive, engaging, and enriching work environment that contributes to employee satisfaction, well-being, and productivity.
- Play a strategic role in enhancing the overall employee lifecycle and foster a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and integral to the success of the organization.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives Group-Wide
- Drive the engagement initiatives as Group Human Capital support to the Group’s strategy.
- Design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop a holistic approach towards engagement/communications initiatives according to environment, structure, processes, behavior and rituals.
- Measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives through surveys and feedback mechanisms. Using the feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Develop comprehensive HR Communications Plan for a range of projects, initiatives and campaigns and its implementation.
- Lead and manage HR Branding/HR communications for GHC.
- Foster a culture of recognition and reward.
- Establish and manage employee recognition programs.
- Ensure that recognition efforts align with organizational values and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication / Human Resources /Social Sciences / Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of working experiences preferably 5 years in large corporate organization.
- Background in corporate communications and event management, multimedia is an added advantage.
- Strong language and writing skills (English & BM), organizational skills, interpersonal skills, strong networking skills, able to conduct one-self with all levels, business acumen, event management and employee relations.
