Assistant Estate Manager

Responsibilities

  • Assist Estate Manager in day-to-day estate operations and ensure production and quality of FFB set by Company are achieved.
  • Responsible for monitoring all estate operation activities and ensuring adherence to Manual Ladang Sawit Lestari, Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), RSPO, MSPO, ISCC, MPOB and Company guidelines.
  • Responsible for assisting in the preparation & overseeing of estate budgets and updating estate information & yield estimation.
  • Responsible for managing estate input requirements including human capital, equipment, materials etc.
  • Responsible for checking estate reports, estate work records, checkrolls and payment certificates provided by staff are accurate, complete and updated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Plantation Management, Agriculture or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working in plantation operation and management.
  • Good leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with industry certifications such as MSPO, RSPO or other relevant standards.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint).
