Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly/monthly operational report for management perusal.
  • Analyze LSB companies variance analysis.
  • Prepare Investment Committee, Audit Committee, FGV Holdings board paper.
  • Review and approve submission of MFR and Key Operational Parameter submitted by companies on BPC.
  • Liaise directly with Head of Finance (HOF) for companies under LSB sector in case of deficiencies occurred in providing information for reporting purposes.
  • Liaise with external and internal auditor
  • Liaise with internal department within FGV Holdings Berhad for any information required from LSB Companies.
  • Engage with LSB stakeholders where and when necessary.
  • Prepare LSB Sector Budget Amalgamation.
  • Responsible to undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
  • Prepare Management Financial Report (MFR), Consolidation & Financial Statements for Malaysia Pakistan Venture Sdn Bhd (“MPV”)

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or Qualified Professional Accounting (ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, MIA or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in its related field.
  • Knowledge in MFRS is essential.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
