Responsibilities
- To assist the manager in planning, organizing, implementing and controlling all functions and activities within the estates.
- To assist the manager in ensuring the achievement of FFB production and quality targets.
- To assist the manager in managing expenditure within the approved limits.
- To organize, supervise, train, coach and counsel and assess team members towards achieving optimum productivity and work quality.
- To assist the manager in ensuring all estate operations are in compliance with the Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) policy and other related statutory regulations.
- To assist the manager in matters pertaining to estate security.
Requirements
- Possess Degree/Diploma in Plantation Management or other related disciplines.
- At least 7 years of working experience in the plantation industry.
- Good command of English, written and verbal.
- Computer literate.
- Candidates must possess a valid B, B1, or B2 motorcycle license.
- The position will be based at 3KM Off 108KM, Jalan Sandakan-Ranau, Sabah.
