Responsibilities
- Responsible in planning, assigning tasks and control the estate annual work program to ensure meeting work schedule and objective set by company.
- Ensure all tasks and operational activities in estate complied with Manual Ladang Sawit Lestari, GAP (Good Agricultural Practices), RSPO, ISCC, MPOB and other statutory.
- Responsible in all administration matters including procurement, finance, human resources, worker management, technical engineering services and budgeting are complied with company’s policy.
- Manage company’s asset that include vehicles, trucks, fertilizer stock and also estates resources i.e. staff and workers.
- Ensure operational reports, tasks records, checkroll and payment voucher are accurate, completed and well maintained by person in charge.
- Responsible in controlling the approved budget and cost effectiveness.
- Accountable in estate performance and responsible to provide relevant reports and action plan to be submitted to Regional Office and Headquarter.
- Responsible in implementing Performance Management for staff and workers and further provide coaching and mentoring to enhance their work performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Plantation Management, Agriculture or its equivalent.
- More than 5 years in a related working experience, with at least 1 year in managerial/ leadership role in company.
- Good leadership and people management skills with ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Familiar with industry certifications such as MSPO, RSPO or other relevant standards.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken).
