Responsibilities

• Responsible to any technical aspects in project related to Network & Cyber Security.
• Responsible to ensure core IT infrastructure is performing optimally, security settings are adhered to performance monitoring/tuning carried out and preventive maintenance/ housekeeping jobs are completed in a timely & orderly manners.
• Supervision of IT infrastructure vendors on day-to-day operations and project deliverables.
• Responsible to keep abreast of new IT infrastructure technologies and gear in order to improve the services that are offered to the customers.
• Manage day-to-day IT operations & client/customer interactions and expectations regarding network, server, cyber security, data centre infrastructure and customer support centre.
• Managing technical requirements, documentation, report generation, base lining, proof of concept and other periodic project activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technologies or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
• Experience in LAN/ WAN/ WLAN Enterprise Solution, CISCO, Juniper, Fortinet, Cybersecurity Enterprise Solution is an added advantage
