• Supervise the overall operation of the road team in the repair and maintenance of main roads and estate roads.

• Prepare work plan that prioritizes and guides the work that needs to be done which include assigning specific work/tasks to be carried out by drivers / machinery operators.

• Supervise, teach and train workers to ensure they are able to perform specific tasks or jobs that will lead them to accomplish their respective objectives.  This may involve doing the actual work on the ground to illustrate how to perform the task properly.

• Inspect actual work done according to plans and standards; and whenever there is a variance, help develop the appropriate remedial actions.

• Comply with and ensure compliance among the workers of all Company policies, safety & health.
